the State Property Fund of the Republic of Karelia
informs about the open money auction on the sale of block of shares of open join-stock company "Nadvoitsky aluminium plant".
The auction takes place on the 5th of May,1999 at 11 o`clock by the address:
teh Republic of Karelia, Petrozavodsk, Gogol street, 12.
Auction is to be held in accordance with the Regulation on selling state or municipial property,
adopted by the Decision of the Government of Russian Federation from 27th of March, 1998 N356 open by the staff and closed by the form of applied proposals on the price.
The seller is the State Property Fund of the Republic of Karelia.
The type of property is republican

The lot area is 532,36 hectars
Average number of emplyees on 01.01.99 was 1898.
Real-estate: four producing buildings, central boil-house, KPP-1, KPP-2, PPK, electro-founding department, locker rooms,fire station, round house, TNP building, management office, store houses and other subsidiary buildings and constructions with the total area 87 930 square meters. All the buildings are made of reinforced concrete constructions and bricks, provided with heat, steam,
water, electropower and engineering communications.
The property has no burden.
Balance cost of main funds on 01.01.99 is 322 516thousand roubles.
Authorized capital is 28 385 500 roubles, divided into 56 771 000 ordinary shares.
Nominal share cost is 0,5 rb.

Information about share placing in percents of authorized capital:
- 51 % - sold by closed subsciption to the employees;
- 29 % - realized on money and check auctions.
- 20 % - are to be realized on money auction.
- special right (golden share) introduced by the law of the Republic of Karelia from 7.10.1998 N 303-3РК and Decision of the Head of the Government RK from 16.10.1998 N 695.
On 01.01.99 there are no debts of all kinds budgetary and exstra budgetary funds.
The block of 11 354 200 ordinary shares is auctineered (20 % AC).

Starting share price - 1,5 Rbl.
Starting block share price being auctioneered - 17 031 300 Rbl.

Date of payment - ones only for ten days since the contract of sale and purchase has been signed.

the papers, confirming deposit in the sum of 3 406 260 Rbl. (20% from share block price) to the accont of State Property Fund of the Republic of Karelia 40410810000000000019 in SRKC NB of the Republic of Karelia, Petrozavodsk, BIK 048602001, INN 1001041450.
Juridicial persons should present:
- copies of constituent documents attested in established order, registration enterprise enactment,
including all changes and additions ;
- warrant in the name of a person, having the right to represent the applicant;
- balance sheet for the last three years of activities;
- tax inspection certificate, confirming the absence of taxation payment debts to the budgets of all levels for the last three months;
- certificate of part of state, municipial, social organisations, charity and other social funds in authorized capital of the applicant;
- suggested price in a sealed envelope (could be presented to comission in the day of summing up);
- presented paper list in two copies, signed by a pretendant.
Besides, for foreign persons and juridicial persons:
- a document, confirming enterpeise registration in accordance with the home country legislation;
- account opening reference "И" in resident bank of Russian Federation;
- taxation reference in the original and in treanslation on the source of money for purchasing property;
- foreign investor payability, confirmed by a bank.
All the documents should be translated into Russian.
A pretendant is permitted to participate in the auction only in case the deposit will have be put on the seller account.
The participants should follow the Anti-monopoly Legislation.
If only one participant takes part in the auction, it will be recognised as not gone through.
The winner is the participant suggested the highest price for the share block.
