II Republican Specialized Exhibition "Tourist Karelia - 2001"
State Committee of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Karelia together with the exhibition agency "Euroforum" invites you to visit and participate in II Republican Specialized Exhibition "Tourist Karelia - 2001," held during November 15-17 in Petrozavodsk (Krasnaya Street, 8).
The exhibition will present:
- towns and districts of the Republic of Karelia;
- the North-West regions of Russia and torist agencies of Finland, Sweden, Norway;
- tourist firms;
- hotels and inns;
- museums;
- enterprises of tourist infrastructure.
The following events are on the agenda:
- Opening of Karelian republican tourist information center.
- Meeting of Consultative Council of Finland and cross-border cooperation issues discussion in torism development.
- Workshop under the TASIS project on cross-border tourism development in the Russian North.
- Tourist programs and routes presentation.
- Round table talk on the tourism development issues.
We will be able to get familiar with the tourist product of the Republic of Karelia, make agreements with tourist firms, present tourist services of your region.
