The Karelian Photographer Exhibition in Helsinki

At present the exhibition of a famous Karelian photographer Alexander Kostyunin is being held in the main Orthodox Cathedral of Finland - Uspensky Cathedral in Helsinki. The exhibition was opened on August 11 under the support of the Russian Embassy in Finland and the Ministry of Foreign Relations of the Republic of Karelia.

The closing ceremony was scheduled for August 31, but given the unusual interest to the exhibition and numerous positive references, the exhibition will last one more month.

The President of Finland Tarja Нalonen has visited the exhibition recently. Mrs. Halonen highly estimated the artist's work and wished him every success and a lot of new exhibitions ahead.
