Galina A.Razbivnaya

Biography: She was born in 1946, in Petrozavodsk. Graduated from the Karelian State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in "Russian Language and Literature ". Worked at school No 8 in Petrozavodsk, then as a Senior Pioneer Leader in All-Soviet Pioneer Camp "Artek" as a Head Counselor, in Petrozavodsk Palace of Pioneers and Pupils, as the Secretary of the City Committee of Komsomol; Assistant Principal in Extra-curriculum Activities at School No 28; then as the Deputy Director and later as the Director of the Palace of Pioneers and Pupils, finally she became the First Deputy Minister of Education of the RK. For twenty years she was a non-staff lecturer in the Pedagogical Institute. She has been an educator and manager for 35 years, and worked as a state official for 8,5 years.

Social and Political Activities: Deputy of the Oktabrskiy regional council of the city of Petrozavodsk (twice), Member of the Award Committee of Central Komsomol organization, Member of All-Soviet Committee on Education, Member of International Activity: "Mothers for Peace" Member of Editorial Committee of the Newspaper "Petrozavodsk". She is an Honorable Citizen of Duluth (USA), she also has printed works on pedagogical and leadership themes (four brochures).

Awards: Medal - "For Outstanding Labor", Order: Honor of Russia, Winner of an Award from Lenin Komsomol, Esteemed public education teacher. Awarded the status of " Honored Teacher of Karelia Заслуженный учитель Карелии".

Hobbies: loves "bard" songs, writes poems, engaged in self-education in psychology and philosophy.
