Benyaminova Svetlana Alexandrovna

Was born on August 13, 1973 in the town of Kopeisk, Chelyabinsk region. In 1997 6 graduated from the Faculty of Law of Petrozavodsk State University.

In 1998-2011 worked judicial bodies having run the gamut from the Category I specialist to Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Rusian Federation for the Republic of Karelia.

In 2011 – 2012 she was a Cabinet Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia and Chairlady of the State Law Committee of the Republic of Karelia. From June, 2012 to March, 2013 she was First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Karelia. Work experience in the legal profession makes more than 15 years.

In March, 2013 upon the recommendation of the Head of the Republic of Karelia was appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Karelia.

She performs teaching activity, is a member of the Academic Council of the Northern Branch of the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. Is a member of the Board of the Law Society of the Republic of Karelia.

Awards: Medal "For Zeal" 2nd Class (2006), Medal "In Memory of the 200th Anniversary of the Ministry Of Justice of Russia" (2003), and the Certificate of Merit of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia (2010).

Taibakov Alexey Alexeyevich

Was born on the 3rd of December, 1964 in the town of Kem. In 1986 graduated from the Omsk higher school of militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR with the diploma in jurisprudence.

In 1982-2004 served for the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.

Within the period from July, 2005 to July, 2013 held the post of the Director of the Northern Branch of the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, Petrozavodsk

In July, 2013 upon the recommendation of the Head of the Republic of Karelia was appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Karelia.

Awarded with top agency-level award of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation Honoured Worker of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation.

Doctor of Law, Honoured Lawer of the Republic of Karelia (2000), Honoured Lawer of the Russian Federation (2011).

Fotina Tatyana Nikolayevna

She was born on March, 23, 1954 in Petrozavodsk. In 1989 graduated from Moscow All-Union Correspondence Law Institute.

In 1992 became a chief expert of the legal department of the State Committee of Property of the Republic of Karelia, in 1992-1993 - a legal adviser of Petroinvest Russian-American joint venture, in 1993-1994 - chief expert of the legal department of the State Committee of Property of the Republic of Karelia, in 1994-1996 - director of the legal department of theTerritorial Agency of Federal Department on Insolvency (bankruptcy) in the Republic of Karelia, in 1996-2003 - director of the legal department, the assistant to manager of the Karelian branch of the Savings Bank of Russia.

In November 2003 by the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia on presentation of the Head of the Republic of Karelia she was appointed to the post of the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Karelia, from February 24, 2005 to February 24, 2010 was the Judge-Secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Karelia, from February 26, 2009 to April 25, 2010 executed functions of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Karelia, since April 26, 2010 performs duties of the Judge-Secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Karelia.

Honoured Lawer of the Republic of Karelia (2001), was officially thanked by the Council of Judges, is awarded with the 90th Anniversary of the Republic of Karelia commemorative token (2010).

For more than 10 years has been a member of the board of the Union of Lawers of the Republic of Karelia, in 2005 was elected a Vice-President of the Union.

Is a member of the group of authors who worked on comments to the Constitution of the Republic of Karelia.
