- In the Commonwealth there are general topics concerning, in particular, transport problems. The suggested agenda has been executed. Of course, we have worked preliminary as well having exchanged opinions with ministers of transport of the CIS members, and have agreed upon some tasks preliminary. Consolidated tariffs and transport corridors development have been discussed. It is important to note that we work within the framework of decisions made at the meetings by Presidents of the CIS members. The VIIIth Euroasian meeting held recently poses a problem: to pass from words to deeds. Experts in transport may and should be leaders here. We have created some councils, in particular, an advisory council. As within the limits of the CIS the Investment bank has been created, we realise that experts in transport can apply for a part of means of this bank; however, we should achieve precise professional evaluations for all projects offered.
