The President has offered Sergey Katanandov's candidature for providing him with powers of the Head of the Republic of Karelia

According to the Article 18 of the Federal Law of October the sixth, 1999, N184-FZ «On General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executing Agencies of the Government of Subjects of the Russian Federation» Vladimir Putin has submitted a proposal for the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia to consider Sergey Katanandov's candidature for providing him with powers of the Head of the Republic of Karelia.
