On June, 28th the next session of the organizational committee for preparation for the IInd Russian-Finnish economic forum to be held in Petrozavodsk on October, 3-4 took place under the presidency of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Karelia and the Minister of Finance of the republic Alexander Kolesov.
At the session of the organizational committee course of performance of decisions already made has been considered, and new offers concerning the program of preparation for the forum were made.
The forum organizers are Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Parliament of Finland and Provincial Board of Oulu. For participation in the forum representatives of Russian and foreign business circles, members of parliament, heads of federal and regional enforcement authorities, experts, scientists and public figures are invited. Signing of several mutually advantageous contracts and declaring launching of some frontier projects is planned to date for the forum.
