From August 4 to 11 Ministry on National Politics and Relations with Religious Associations of the Republic of Karelia and State Committee of the Republic of Karelia on Youth together with national and youth public associations announce implementation of the Trust to the World international project.
Students and experts working with youth, from the Republic of Karelia, Novgorod area and eight foreign states - Finland, Turkey, Singapore, Latvia, Sri Lanka, Germany, the republic of South Africa and Cote d'Ivoire will take part in the project. This large youth forum is an important action for the republic, emphasizing correctness of the chosen course on harmonization of intercultural relations.
Participants of the project from different parts of the world can get acquainted with each other's culture and, of course, to plunge into traditions of polycultural Karelia. For youth public associations of the republic this international project will become invaluable experience of dialogue with representatives of different world cultures, will promote sharing of experience and exchange of methods in the sphere of formation of harmonious polycultural space in the world where ethnic identity never restrains formation of active civic stand and patriotism.
Young people, participants of the AWARD international youth program of self-improvement, experts of the Karelian regional welfare fund Center of Youth and Public Initiatives' Development and experts of the created last year Commonwealth of the People of Karelia public organization participated in preparation of the international project. Besides fair of cultures traditional for Karelia participants and visitors of the camp will be offered youth workshops, cultural and educational programs, soirees at participation of representatives of national and religious public associations.
Within the scope of the project in the hall of the Nobiliary assembly solemn ceremony of awarding recognition signs to participants of the AWARD international youth program of self-improvement, as well as information session for representatives of the youth activists from regions of Karelia Tolerance: Opinion of the Youth are to take place. Information session is directed on increasing methodical and culturological competence of experts on work with youth from the Republic of Karelia and foreign states.
Participants of the session will discovering for themselves technologies of revealing the teenager's potential and formation of responsible attitude of adults to work with youth. During active building of civil society in our country exchange of methods of individual support of personal, professional and public growth of the rising generation will be a vital topic.
The session is organized by members of Youth Coordination Council at the Ministry on National Politics and Relations with Religious Associations of the RK, experts and volunteers of the AWARD Association inter-regional social youth movement and the Trias Karelian youth public organization.
