For many years Victor Grishin worked in the railway depot of Medvezhiegorsk station. Now he has retired. Six years ago Victor Grishin desided to purchase a museum railway car for his native city, and now his dream has come true.
- 70% of the people living in Medvezhyegorsk have relation to the railway. Therefore, it is interesting even to the youth to see how their grandfathers, old men worked, - the pensioner explaines his motives.
Old alarm and car lanterns, railway uniform of the 60s of the last century, more than 300 photos of construction of the road, bridges, stations, interesting documents, awards of railwaymen, samples of utensils and many other things on the exhibition in this unique museum on wheels.
