petrozavodsk.rfn.ru. International youth project Trust to the World started in Karelia. 50 young people from 8 countries of the world - Asia, Africa, Western Europe came to our republic. All of them are participants of the AWARD international program. Serving the society, respect to people, sports, creativity are the main words in life of these children. Purpose of their meeting is dialogue with contempoparies from abroad, harmonization of intercultural relations.
At the "fair of cultures" participants of the project will show traditions of their countries: sing songs and dance, treat each other with national dishes, exchange souvenirs. Within the next few days foreign visitors will visit main sights of Karelia, meet interesting people of the republic.
As project is organized by the Ministry on National Politics and Relations with Religious Associations of the RK and State Committee on Youth of Karelia.
The International scout camp in Prionezhsky region will work till August 11.
