Collection of money resources for rendering assistance to citizens of South Ossetia proceeds in the republic. On the operative information as of August 20, employees of enforcement authorities of the republic have collected more than 460 thousand roubles. 286 thousand roubles more was received from employees of federal institutions.
Besides, 311 thousand roubles was transferred to assist the injured from municipal servants living in region of Karelia. Another 416 thousand roubles was collected in budgetary establishments and small enterprises on the regions. Total sum of financial aid from the citizens of Karelia to people of South Ossetia has already made 1 million 600 thousand roubles.
We sould also remind, that last week on the decision of the Head of Karelia of Sergey Katanandov 3 million roubles was allocated from the reserve fund to transfer to the bank account opened for this purpose.
Fund raising for the injured will last untill August 25.
