On February 5, Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Victor Basargin will visit Petrozavodsk. Karelia was chosen the venue for discussion of the issue on implementation of the concept of the federal complex target program of housing and communal services modernization and reforming for the period from 2010 throught to 2020.

In the capital of Karelia Victor Basargin will hold a circuit meeting at participation of heads of bodies of the government of regions and municipal formations of the Northwest of Russia. Also in the meeting there will participate the assistant to plenipotentiary of the President in the Northwest Federal District Evgeny Lukianov, Head of Karelia Sergey Katanandov, representatives of housing-and-municipal branch of the republic.
It is expected, that matters at meeting will concern role of the draft program in development of housing and communal services of Russia till 2010, experience of development of uniform information system of municipal formation (illustrated by the example of St.-Petersburg), experience of complex development of systems of municipal infrastructure (illustrated by the example of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky), etc.
