On July 21, Ilya Klebanov, Presidential Envoy to Northwestern Federal District of Russia, in Petrozavodsk has held a working meeting with Andrei Nelidov, Acting Head of the Republic of Karelia, Alexander Pereplesnin, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia and Alexander Hynninen, Chief Federal Inspector in the Republic of Karelia. Issues of political, social and economic situation in Karelia were discussed at the meeting. Ilya Klebanov came to Petrozavodsk to take part in the special meeting of the Legislative Assembly of the republic which is going to consider the President's representation on authorization of Andrei Nelidov as the Head of the republic.
