The National archive RK is accomplishing the work on preparation the book to be issued on the event of the republic jubilation. The book will be illustrated by the photos taken at different time. The text of the book based on the archive documents is written by outstanding Karelian journalists. The book is telling about the history of the Republic of Karelia on the way of its development. Today it is a unique folio containing the main landmarks of the stages of the history of the Republic of Karelia from ancient times till nowadays. The organizer and inspirer of the book is the Archive department headed by its chief E.Akatyev.
