Defended the Phd thesis with a specialization in 12.00.10 on the subject of the Russia's Membership in the Council of Europe and International Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, was given the academic rank of the Associate Professor of the Chair of International and Constitutional Law (2007).
Laureate of the Professional Team of the Country project (2007). Has more than 30 scientific research and training development publications, has published the International Cultural Cooperation in Europe monograph (2007).
