Valery Dmitrievich Boinitch was born on March the 14 in 1960 in the town of Oshmyany of Grognensky district of Byelorussian SSR.
In 1983 has graduated from Grodno State Medical Institute on the speciality of medical business.
Worked as cardiologist and therapist in Byelorussia.
Has come to Karelia in 1987 to work as therapist and the head of therapeutic branch in Muezersky central regional hospital.
In 1994-99 - The head of local self-administration of Muezersky district of Karelia,
the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia.
In 1999-2002 - The head physician of the Republican hospital named after Baranov.
On June 29, 2002, he was appointed the Minister of Public Health of the Republic of Karelia.
Since June 9, 2003, he is acting as the assistant to the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia.
Since November 25, 2003, he is acting as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia.
